Titi Workforce ("we", "our", or "us") is a field operations management platform that helps organisations schedule shifts, track attendance, and manage their workforce. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile app or web platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register or are onboarded by your organisation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and role.

Location Data

We collect your GPS location when you check in or check out of a shift, and while you are checked in to an active shift where geofence safety monitoring is enabled. Location data is used to verify on-site attendance and alert your organisation if you leave the assigned geofence while on duty. We do not track your location when you are not checked in to an active shift.

Photos

We may collect a photo at check-in for attendance verification, as configured by your organisation. Profile photos are optional and stored securely.

Device & Usage Data

We collect your device type, OS version, and push notification token to deliver shift alerts. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Biometric Data

If you enable biometric login (fingerprint or Face ID), authentication is processed entirely on your device by your operating system. We never receive, store, or process your biometric data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide shift scheduling, attendance tracking, and workforce management services
• To send push notifications about shift assignments, messages, and tasks
• To verify on-site attendance via GPS at check-in
• To generate workforce analytics for your organisation's administrators
• To communicate important service or security updates

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We only share data with:

• Your Organisation: Managers and administrators within your organisation can view your shift records, attendance history, and leave requests.
• Service Providers: We use trusted providers for cloud hosting (Google Cloud Platform) and push notifications (Expo). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by your organisation's contract with us. Upon account deletion or contract termination, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• JWT-based authentication with secure token refresh
• Encrypted local storage (expo-secure-store) on mobile devices
• Input validation and SQL injection prevention on all endpoints
